CHRISTMAS JOY!!!

On the 16th of November, we started making a board game for the class and I was in a group with Jorgia and Jeana. Our game was called Christmas joy and if was based on Monopoly and a game I made with my Dad. There were characters Gingerbread man, Rudolf, Snowman, Santa, Mrs Claus, Head Elf and the grinch, they all had special abilities: Santa sends 1 person forward 2 spaces every 2 turns, Mrs Claus gives 2 people free candy canes at any point of the game but only once, Head Elf can give someone 3 present cards, Snowman can make 2 people skip a turn, Rudolf can fly over 3 spaces any time of the game but only once, Gingerbread man can take 5 candy canes from 1 person on your turn only and the Grinch sends one person back 2 spaces every 2 turns. There were Moving cards that you pick up and you move as many spaces as the cards tell you, Action cards, you have to do what the card says, Shopping cards, you can buy gumdrops using candy cane cash which is the currency in this game and sell then at the end for more of less,  Number card, when you land on an elf space you pick up a number card, the number on your card chooses, how many elves you gat, 1-3 no elf, 4-7 1 elf, 8-10 2 elves. The aim of the game is to have the most money at the end of the game.

Queens Birthday Weekend

Why we celebrate Queens Birthday: For over a hundred years, the birthday of the reigning King or Queen has been celebrated in June each year in both Britain and New Zealand. New Zealand celebrates this holiday because the Queen is the head of state of New Zealand.

What I did during Queens Birthday: On Saturday I want to Jeana's birthday party with Ethan and Jorgia. I got to Jeana's house around 1:10pm. Jorgia stayed Friday night in the caravan, we blow up some balloons and watched a movie than about a 1 hour or 2 later Ethan showed up. At about 5pm we got in the car and went to Jeana's softball couch's house then we went to Tenpin bowling and Jeana won twice. Then we went home watched a couple of movies and after about 2 hours we went to bed.

The next morning at 6am Jeana woke up then I woke up at about 7:30 then Jorgia woke up not long after me and then Ethan woke up, I read my book, Jorgia and Jeana used their phones. 20 minutes later we went inside and had French toast with Maple Syrup, Bacon and Banana, and watched Aquaman, about an hour later we went to the spa and watched a movie and talked. Then we got back to the Caravan and watched Brooklyn Nine-Nine.

My Holiday

During the holidays I went to my Omas house. She lives in Reporoa and it takes 5 hours from my house and 6 hours from my dad's house (Which is in Khandallah.) I went up with my dad and his flatmate Alice. When we wore on the dessert road I stared to tell riddles it takes forever to get from one riddle to the next riddle. When we got to the gas station in Te hapē we had Lunch which was ham With greens it was the best sandwich I have ever had.
When we arrived in Reporoa I got my stuff and put it in my room and went to the dining/kitchen area. Later that day after Alice when camping with her parents for 8 days my Oma gave me some pens and paper and told me that I needed to make a card for my great Oma who lives in Holland, and one for her niece who also lives in Holland. On the 4th I had to go to town while my Oma went to a meeting. When she picks my dad and me up we had lunch and then went to pick my friend Niamh, Later that day Niamh and I went to go and play hide 'n' seek with the calves on the farm it was fun and funny.
